Signal

Speed on tour to slow,
Then the stop.
Your turn will come,
Hence wait.

It’s all light,
Red…Yellow…Green.
Can’t abuse so,
Well you accept.

A minute to go,
To go in a minute.
Select the either,
Take a safe track.

The flashing lights,
Saving every lives.
Keep your eyes open,
For the mass and for thee.

  6. Another great poem rendition. You and another friend I have from your country do so well in writing. Use your talent and it will take you to bigger things. Thanks so much for visiting. I use to dabble in poetry years ago but now my old mind is not as sharp. Take care.

  8. Another nice poem.... Your poetry just gets better and better....

Here in the USA, we have Green lights for GO, Red lights for Stop, and Yellow lights for Caution.

The yellow lights are supposed to warn you to begin STOPPING since the light is going to turn red... However, most people step on the gas and go faster --trying to get through the light BEFORE it turns RED... ha ha
